Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Deputizing the Head of IT Governance and acting as escalation point for IT governance, risk and compliance matters.
  • Overall coordination and further development of the IT Governance framework (policies, standards, procedures).
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with ICT-related requirements (e.g. DORA, EBA Guidelines, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Leading and coordinating internal and external IT audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Acting as primary contact for auditors and supervisory authorities on IT governance topics.
  • Ensuring proper tracking, remediation and closure of audit findings and regulatory issues.
  • Overseeing ICT outsourcing governance, SLA monitoring and third-party risk management.
  • Supervising first level controls within IT and ensuring effectiveness of the internal control system.
  • Reporting to senior management and committees on IT risk, governance maturity and compliance status.
  • Contributing to IT strategy alignment from a governance and risk perspective.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit or IT Compliance – preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong audit background (internal audit, external audit or regulatory inspection experience is essential).
  • Proven experience in managing audits and regulatory reviews end-to-end.
  • In-depth knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST (certifications such as CISA, CRISC or similar are highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience in leadership, coordination or team supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is highly desirable.

Mindestbruttoentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag bei Erfüllung der Mindestanforderungen:

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3 272,23 / month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
